The cottage comes fully furnished for rentals or just for your family and friends.
It has 2 propane fire places, a large propane stove and a front loading washer and dryer. There is a large front deck with a large gazebo attached.
Star Lake Resort (Cottages) is a corporation.
Mortgages are not allowed. You would need to arrange your own financing.
There is a $425.00 monthly maintenance fee.
$25.00 is for our savings account for a new water system in the future.
$400.00 is to pay bills. Including: Insurance ( not content ), Lawn maintenance, Garbage, Water System, Taxes and more.
